Automic Automation's Generative AI Capabilities

For Automic Automation and Automic SaaS, this commitment translates into significant investment in Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities. Central to this is the Intelligent Assistant, which serves as Automic Automation's Gen AI hub accessible through the Automic Web Interface (AWI). Through this hub, users can access two key assistants:

Automation Assistant
Documentation Assistant.

Important! Both assistants operate independently, each leveraging separate LLMs without sharing contextual information. They are accessible from multiple points within AWI.

About the Automation Assistant

The Automation Assistant provides a conversational interface designed to query information and insights about your environment and operations. Leveraging your configured Large Language Model (LLM), it generates responses that can be refined with follow-up questions for more detailed information. Administrators can customize default prompts to optimize the interaction with the LLM.

Users can interact with the Automation Assistant not only through AWI (including the bot icon in the menu bar and context menus) but also via Automation Engine (AE) scripts and the REST API.
