Systemaktualisierung

Als Systemadministrator verwenden Sie den Zero Downtime Upgrade-Assistenten (ZDU-Assistenten), um Ihr System über Automic Web Interface zu aktualisieren. Es besteht keine Notwendigkeit für ein Scripting oder die Verwendung von internen Komponenten der AE. Er ist nur in Mandant 0 verfügbar.

Sie können auch das Zero Downtime Upgradeverwenden, wenn das alternative MS SQL Server-Schema bereits verwendet wird. Sie können damit jedoch nicht zu diesem Schema wechseln. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter Integration eines alternativen MS SQL Server-Schemas.

Es wird empfohlen, eine Testumgebung zu verwenden, bevor Sie Upgrades auf Ihrem Produktionssystem installieren.

Mit Zero Downtime Upgrade können Sie ein Upgrade zwischen Haupt- oder Nebenversionen durchführen, ohne das AE-System herunterfahren zu müssen. Mit dieser Funktion können Sie eine Aktualisierung zwischen fast allen noch unterstützten Versionen durchführen.

Wichtig!

  • Aufgrund umfangreicher technischer Änderungen wird ZDU für Upgrades von früheren Versionen auf die Version 24.4.0 nicht unterstützt.

  • ZDU wird nicht unterstützt für ein erstes Upgrade von einer Version, die niedriger als 24.0 ist, und einer Automic Automation-Version, die Unicode/UTF-8 (24.0 und höher) unterstützt.

    Es gibt erhebliche Änderungen am Datenbankschema und an der AE -Meldung, die im Kompatibilitäts- oder Rollback-Modus nicht unterstützt werden. Zusätzlich ist für den UTF-8-Migrationsvorgang der AE -Datenbank eine Ausfallzeit erforderlich, damit alle Daten ordnungsgemäß migriert werden. Dieser Schritt ist relevant, um eine falsche Codierungsausrichtung zu vermeiden, die zu beschädigten Daten führt.

ZDU für AAKE

Sie können auch Zero Downtime Upgrade für AAKE-Instanzen durchführen. Um dies zu tun, müssen Sie wie folgt die Option für ZDU in der Datei values.yaml explizit festlegen:

In diesem Fall führt der Installationsoperator die Helm-Aktualisierung ohne Ausfallzeit durch. AWI zeigt die Meldung System upgrade is in progress (Systemaktualisierung wird durchgeführt) an, während die ZDU-Helm-Aktualisierung läuft, und signalisiert somit allen Benutzern, dass gerade eine Systemaktualisierung durchgeführt wird.
