Recent Objects

The "Recent Objects" section lists the current client's objects that the user who has logged in has last used and/or modified.

This area displays a maximum of 50 objects with the most current ones being listed on top.

Note that the Last Used information (Header tab) is only updated if a value above 0 has been specified in the setting LAST_USE (UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS).

The Header tab displays the date, time and the user of the last object usage and modification. It also displays the number of times that the particular object has been used and modified.

The term "usage" includes the processing of executable objects (activation by a user or parent object). It also includes accesses of tasks to non-executable objects such as AgentGroups, Variables or Calendars.

In this section visible objects are not links to the objects, contrary to the Transport Case view, therefore deleting an object in this view will delete it completely from the Automation Engine system.
