General Information

Filters can be used to limit the Process Analytics results to the tasks of major interest.

You can filter by creating and using conditions that determine the object attributes or activation data with particular values and value ranges. Therefore, a filter corresponds to a condition.

For example, you can create a condition that filters tasks that have been executed or will be executed on a particular agent (attribute: host). You can also filter long running tasks or tasks that run in a particular time window.

Filters can be individually customized, stored and reloaded. All users have their own exclusive access to their own filters because of their unique login data.

Process Analytics provides two filter windows for users. One can be used to administer and the other one to apply the specified filters. The Filter Management window can be used for administrative tasks such as creating, editing, deleting or combining filters. The Active Filter window is used to apply particular filter conditions.
