Object Properties in Workflows
You design Workflows by inserting objects and connecting them to build the Workflow logic. Objects that are inserted in Workflows are called tasks. If necessary, you define specific properties for each task, also for the START and END nodes. These properties apply exclusively when the task is executed from within the Workflow. They are not saved with the object itself.
To access the PromptSets tab, right-click a task in the Workflow editor and select Properties. Alternatively, click the Properties button in the toolbar. The properties pane is displayed on the bottom half of the editor. It contains several tabs:
- General Tab
- Calendar Tab
- Variables Tab
- PromptSets Tab
- Time & Dependencies
- Conditions, Preconditions, Postconditions
- Runtime Properties

The task properties of Rapid Automation solution Job objects differ from the standard ones provided with Automic Automation. For Rapid Automation Agent documentation, see https://docs.automic.com/documentation.
