Analytics Datastore Delete Action

As a datastore administrator it is recommended that you back-up, truncate, and keep only the last 3-12 months of data in the Datastore.

The Delete Action

The action lets you delete all data before a given date from the datastore. Data is removed from the following tables:

• ah_cleaned
• laslm_cleaned
• ara_execution_cleaned
• ah, laslm
• ara_execution

There is also an option to shrink the database, this enables you to reduce the database size after data has been removed.

Ensure the following action pack is installed. You should see it in the PACKAGES folder in the Explorer sidebar in the Process Assembly perspective.
