Viewing a PDF Report
PDF reports are opened by your web browser, and can appear within a browser window or be downloaded and presented in a PDF viewer application. In either case, you can choose to view the report on screen, print it for offline use, or save the file for later. When viewed on screen, some features of the viewer application can make it easier to find the information you are looking for in a large report.
Main View After running a report, it appears in its own window, displayed as a PDF file. At the bottom of the window, the viewer shows the total number of pages in the report and provides controls to move between pages.
Bookmark View Provides a simple way to navigate to different areas of your report by supplying an outline of the sections on the left side of the report. You can click on any section you like, and the report on the right is repositioned to that section.
Pages View Clicking on the Pages tab enables you to see thumbnail images of each of the pages of the report.
