Access Rights and Privileges

The access rights and privileges that you have been granted depend on your role, according to which you are assigned to User Groups. A User Group is a set of rights and privileges that give access to the functions and areas that you need to perform your duties.

User Groups are pre-configured. As an administrator user, you create users in DX Operational Intelligence and assign them roles. These users are automatically matched to the User Groups in Automic Automation, depending on the roles you have assigned them.

There are three user roles (and therefore, three User Groups):

Operators
Designers
Administrators
