UC_AGENT_ASSIGNMENT - Agent Assignment

This Variable (VARA) object contains the active Agent/Client assignment objects.

• Key: Running number that begins with 0

• Value 1: Name of the Agent/Client Assignment object

• Restart: No

The order of the Agent/Client assignment objects is decisive for the assignment of rights if filter settings overlap.

This Variable (VARA) object is automatically adjusted when the list of active Agent/Client assignment objects is changed in the Administration perspective. And in reverse, the Administration perspective is also updated when a modification is made in the variable.
