Whether you need a quick definition, a detailed explanation of a feature, a summary or step-by-step guidance, the Documentation Assistant delivers accurate information right when you need it, transforming how you interact with our extensive product documentation.
Accessing the Documentation Assistant

Click the bot icon in the main menu bar to open the Intelligent Assistant panel:

In the dropdown list at the top right of the panel, select Documentation Assistant.

Privacy and Data Handling
Broadcom handles data collected through the Automation Assistant according to the following terms:

Data Collection: The Automation Assistant collects the questions users ask, the page on which each question is submitted, user feedback provided via the Like and Dislike icons, and the corresponding answers generated.

Retention Policy: Broadcom stores this information in active storage for 90 days before archiving and securely storing the data for an additional year.

Purpose of Use: Broadcom uses the collected data exclusively to enhance the performance of the Automation Assistant and improve the user experience.

Third-Party Sharing: Aside from prompt input processed by the Large Language Model (“LLM”) of Broadcom’s AI service provider, this information is not shared with any third parties for any purpose.
