Dollar Universe – Alert Settings

These settings apply to DUAS nodes V6 or later.

SIO_ALM_CYCLE

Minimum cycle time to send alerts (seconds)

Alert configuration.

10 by default. On start up, Dollar Universe loads its Alerting Rules from UVMS. If the cycle time is set at 0, alerts will be sent immediately. Otherwise, alerts are accumulated during the cycle time and then sent (every 10 s by default).

ALM_TOOLONG_MIN_EXEC_NB

Trust indicator (minimum Job Run count) for calculation of excessive durations

Alert configuration.

3 by default. Minimum number of executions before sending alerts on “excessively long execution based on deviation”, to derive reliable statistical information.

U_EXEC_DURATION_WPR

Job duration is the sum of Event Wait/Pending durations and Running duration(OO value), or corresponds to Running duration only (NO value)

Monitors excessively short / long executions (time control management of Uprocs).

OO: The three statuses- "Event Wait" "Pending" and "Running" are considered.

NO: Only the "Running" status is considered.

UXSPV_MSGJOB

Script for generic supervision

Generic supervision configuration.

Generic supervision is activated in production mode>Operation Settings in the Alert Rules definition. If the generic script supervision is not indicated in the alert, this one will be used by default.
