V5 User Details

Refer to section "User Default Settings" for default value settings.

Don't forget to click Save to save your user definition.

General

• User

  The name of the system user account being defined (case must be respected).

• Author code

  The user's author code on three characters: 0 to 9 and A to Z (uppercase). It must be unique in each Universe even for users having access to both Universes.

Confidentiality

• Profile

  Every user is associated with a profile. Access rights to Dollar Universe objects can be defined in the security file for user profiles and individual users. Enter the profile name or click the arrow to select it from the list.

• Access to Area

  Can only be defined during the creation of the Dollar Universe user. Default values may be defined.

  • Development: Clear this box to prevent this user from being used in the Development Universe (APP and INT Areas).
  • Production: Clear this box to prevent this user from being used in the Production Universe (SIM and EXP Areas).
