UVMS Server Monitoring

This document enables the supervision of system resources being utilized by the Univiewer Management Server.

The settings associated to these features are explained in User Preferences – "UVMS Dashboard".

General

This section displays:

• The Univiewer Management Server Node name.
• The UVMS host name.
• Its status: Connected.
• UVMS’s CPU usage in percentage, as well as the associated diagram.

Memory

This section shows, in megabytes and in graphic form:

• Total Memory: The overall amount of memory reserved by UVMS.
• Used memory.
• Free memory.

The caption makes it possible to dissociate these three data sources.

TCP Connections

This section shows the number of TCP connections to UVMS (a connected user may use multiple TCP connections) in numerical and graphic format:

• UVC TCP/IP Connections
• UVC Sessions

The caption makes it possible to dissociate these three data sources.

Click the Display button to display the details of each connection.

UVMS Response Time

This section shows the average response time of a query sent by UVC to UVMS.

Threads

This section shows the number of threads used by UVMS.
