AAI Integration for IWSz Using Batch Executions

To integrate AAI's IWS Connector with IWSz, you must configure a data feed mechanism on the mainframe that retrieves data from its database and provides it to the Connector. There are two methods to do it:

• Installing the supplied Mainframe Data Provider package. For more information, see AAI Integration for IWSz Using the IWSz Server for AAI.

• Running tailored JCL as batch job executions scheduled and run via IWSz. They create the data files that the IWS Connector needs. The topics in this section provide the information you need to create these batch processes.
