Getting Started for Technical Support Providers

As someone who provides technical support for AAI, whether in-house or from Broadcom, you will be called for help when someone on the AAI team has a problem they cannot solve with any of the obvious solutions. You need a deeper and more specific technical understanding of AAI structures and how it is configured in the organization that you are supporting. Learn AAI basics

To get a good overall understanding of AAI, the best place to begin is with the videos in Broadcom's AAI education courses. For information, see Free Online Courses.

Then reinforce that learning with the documentation of the AAI basics that you find in the following topics:

Understand the technical configuration

Look at the following sections and then talk with the AAI administrator and the business area coordinator to understand the technical configuration as it is implemented in the organization that you support. Dive in as deeply as you need for the tasks that your want to accomplish.
