Variables Tab

As a developer and object designer, you can change important settings of a task in a Workflow using the Variables properties tab. If Object Variables have been assigned to a task that is inserted in a Workflow, they are displayed in the Variables properties tab. Here you can modify their values. Also, the Variables tab shows if the variable is inherited from a parent, configured in the task itself or comes from a PromptSet. When the task is executed from within the Workflow, the values have been defined on the Variables Page of the object definition.

Important! Adding or deleting variables is not possible here. You do it in the object definition.

To access the Variables tab, right-click a task in the Workflow editor and select Properties.
