Task Properties in Workflows

As a developer and object designer, when you create a Workflow you add objects to it. When objects are inserted in a Workflow they are called tasks. To build the Workflow logic, you connect the tasks. If necessary, you define specific task properties. These properties apply exclusively when the task is executed from within the Workflow. They are not saved with the object itself.

Accessing the Properties Pane

  1. Right-click a task in the Workflow editor and select Properties.

  2. The properties pane is displayed on the bottom half of the editor. It contains several tabs. Click the links below for a detailed description of the properties available in each tab:
