Calendar Tab

As a developer and object designer, you can assign Calendars to a task that is inserted in a Workflow. Calendars apply date conditions that affect the execution of the task within this specific Workflow and determine when the task will be executed and when not. If the Workflow is executed and one of its tasks is skipped due to the Calendar conditions, the status of the task is ENDED_INACTIVE.

  1. In the Workflow editor, right-click the task, select Properties and open the Calendar tab.
  2. Activate the Set Calendar Conditions checkbox.
  3. Specify when you want the task to be executed taking the Calendar definitions into account:

    • Execute if all conditions match

      The date complies with all conditions specified in the Calendar.

    • Execute if no conditions matches

      The date does not comply with any condition specified in the Calendar.

    • Execute if one condition matches

      The date complies with one of the conditions specified in the Calendar.

  4. To select the Calendar, do one of the following:

    • Click the eye icon to open the Choose Calendar Event dialog, where you can select a Calendar and Calendar Event and see a preview of the dates that will be selected withthem.

    • Click the arrow to expand the combo box. See Combo Boxes.

    • Click the arrow and select the Calendars you want to select.
  5. Save your changes.
