Specific Note for Windows Support:
CA Technologies (a Broadcom company) validates Dollar Universe Workload Automation solutions on 'Standard Edition' and in case customer encounters a problem, CA Technologies (a Broadcom company) supports if the problem is reproduced on the 'Standard Edition'.

Specific Note for Linux Support:
CA Technologies (a Broadcom company) validates Dollar Universe Workload Automation solutions on Red Hat, Suse and Oracle Linux (RHCK) environments in order to beneficiate from the software vendor support. RedHat Linux, Suse Linux and Oracle Linux (RHCK) distributions constitute the Linux Validated Environment for CA Technologies (a Broadcom company). In case a customer encounters a problem on a Workload Automation solution on a Linux distribution other than the Linux Validated Environment for CA Technologies (a Broadcom company):
- CA Technologies (a Broadcom company) analyzes customer requests without considering your Linux distribution specificities and will provide the existing documented solutions applying to the Linux Validated Environment.
- If the existing documented solution does not solve the request, CA Technologies (a Broadcom company) will not be able to deliver an advanced analysis for the problems occurring on an Operating System other than the Linux Validated Environment for CA Technologies (a Broadcom company) Therefore CA Technologies (a Broadcom company) will ask the customer to reproduce the problem on RedHat Linux, Suse Linux or Oracle Linux (RHCK)
