Reporting

Through its rich reporting capabilities, AAI analyzes and interprets huge amounts of workload automation data and gives visibility into batch service performance. AAI then presents this data in an easy-to-consume format that is logical and understandable to individuals in non-technical roles. For this purpose, AAI has the following reporting sources:

• Client reports

  These are standard reports that are included in the client. AAI provides templates with which you can generate six different types of reports that break up and analyze data such as daily status, status over time, trends and patterns.

• WebUI reports

  These reports require the installation of the AAI Reporting Server. They are available over the web and, therefore, they are accessible also for users who do not have a connection to AAI. These reports are extremely flexible and rely on Jaspersoft, a third-party company, to create new report templates and enhance existing ones.
